Homes Prospector Are you doing that tiresome job of looking for a new home?... Wouldn't it be nice if you only had to tell the computer what kind of home you wanted once?... Wouldn't it be great if the computer looked more than one time?... Wouldn't it be awesome to be alerted through email if the computer found something?

It's Here... Homes Prospector!! Once you fill in the search form, the Homes Prospector will save those criteria, look through the current set of listings, and continue looking on a daily or weekly basis. When the Homes Prospector finds a new listing, it will alert you through email.

Each time you fill out a search form and ask Homes Prospector to remember it, Homes Prospector will place a new table containing this information on the "Homes Prospector Saved Searches" page. These tables will tell you of new listings, total listings, search criteria, and allow you to delete this search, add a search, and view listings.

Q: How does Homes Prospector work for me?
A: Homes Prospector will remember the information and features you select when searching for a property. Homes Prospector does not automatically remember every time you search. You must remember to click the appropriate button to "Search & Save".

Q: Do I need to register or login to use Homes Prospector?
A: You need to register the first time you use Homes Prospector. Your registration allows Homes Prospector to save your search criteria and notify you of new properties. After you are registered with Homes Prospector, every time you return you can simply login and begin viewing properties, deleting searches, and saving new searches.

Q: Why do you need my email address? What is my password?
A: Your email address will be used as your Homes Prospector ID. Your password is anything you choose. After entering your email and password, you will receive email verification of your registration. After you have been registered with Homes Prospector, you will be able to save your searches.

Q: How do I know when new properties are available?
A: Homes Prospector will send you an email message when new properties that match your saved criteria become available.

Q: How often will Homes Prospector send me email messages?
A: The choice is yours. At the bottom of the registration page, you will be asked to select your Email Alert day or days. After registration, you may change your choice of Email Alert Days on the page of Saved Searches.

Q: How do I save a search?
A: If you do not have any saved searches: After you login and click the start button, you will be taken to a search page. Fill in the search form, click the button that says "Search & Save". Your search criteria are automatically added to your Homes Prospector Saved Searches and can be viewed as a table.

If you have saved searches: After you login and click the start button, you will be taken to "Homes Prospector Saved Searches". This page is a list of previously saved search criteria. Simply click on the "Add Search". You will be taken to a search page. Fill in the search form, click the button that says "Search & Save". Your search criteria are automatically added to your Homes Prospector Saved Searches and can be viewed as a table.

Q: How do I get rid of a saved search?
A: After you login and click the start button, you will be taken to "Homes Prospector Saved Searches". Go to the Search Table to be deleted and click "Delete Search". The selected Search Table and its contents are automatically deleted.

Q: What happens if my email address changes?
A: You can make changes to your contact information, password, or the Email notification days at the bottom of the Saved Searches page.
